The Prodiscus Empire was approved by the PDGA on Jan 9th 2023. We don't have a lot of details at this time, but it appears that it will be a very fast high speed driver. We don't yet know what the Empires flight ratings will be nor do we know it's stability. We will update this information as more details become available.
